Crispy Cookie Waves of Goodness

Pepperidge Farms might be best known for Goldfish, those cheesy crackers that are addictively tasty. Sure, they make decent cookies too, but the price, and names like Milano and Pirouette, were always a little “high-class” for me.

Whims

In answer to my desires… Whims, their new product that takes what Goldfish did for crackers and applies it to cookies. Don’t be thrown off by the oddly shaped package- these are the tastiest baked good we’ve tried for a long time.

OK, so they get stale pretty quickly once opened. And the chocolate chip flavor is only decent. Neither of those facts stops the toffee-flavored thin “crispy waves” from taking our prize for “Cookie Most Likely To Appeal to All Ages, Races, and Creeds”.

The crunchy, firm mouth-feel and malted caramel aroma have me desperately looking for them- but be warned, they can be hard to find. They aren’t cheap either, a 5.3oz package will set you back around $3.49. Stick with the toffee flavor, and share them if you have them.
